Crest Tree Services Ltd is a Bristol-based arboricultural consultancy and tree surgery company, providing expert guidance for planning, development and responsible tree management.

Since 2014 we’ve combined technical expertise with practical, hands-on experience to help clients make informed decisions about trees, habitats and the natural environment.

We work with local authorities, developers, schools, estates, homeowners and commercial clients across the South West and beyond, delivering clear, evidence-based advice, backed by reliable contracting services when needed.

    Director and Lead Consultant

    Sam founded Crest Tree Services Ltd in 2014 after working for XXXX for XXXX years.  With extensive experience in arboriculture, tree-surveying and development related assessments, Sam specialises in BS5837 reporting, professional tree inspections and strategic arboricultural advice for planning and land management.

  • Austin Hawes

    Climbing Arborist

    Hailing from the USA, Austin carries out the practical work that supports our consultancy recommendations. Skilled, safe and experienced, he handles everything from precision pruning and crown management, to complex dismantles and fells. Austin’s hands on expertise ensures that any recommended work is carried out to the highest standards, providing continuity between consultancy and contracting.

  • Lisa Walters

    Office Manager

    Lisa is the organisational heart of Crest Tree Services Ltd.  She manages client communication, scheduling, and the day to day running of the business.  Friendly and efficient Lisa ensures every client receives clear information, timely updates and a smooth experience from first enquiry to final report.  In order to understand the nuances of tree consultancy and contracting she is also in the process of completing her Level 2 in Arboriculture!
